LEARN TO PLAY THE NBA WAY!

If you are looking for technique, involvement, and fun for your children, you are in the right place! The NBA Basketball School Curriculum was created to give athletes of all ages and levels a disciplined, well-organized and enthusiastic environment that helps them become better players, on and off the court.

The camp will be led by an American technical director from the NBA Basketball School circuit who along with a team of Portuguese coaches and former NBA players will make up the entire staff. Participants will be divided into age groups and will go through daily workouts on technique applied to the game, also emphasizing exercises preparatory to the development of various technical skills. This will be conveyed through the NBA method, with simple but original activities carried out at high intensity. Athletes will receive lots of technical tips and tricks, confronting the experience of former NBA players and American coaches on a daily basis. Important topics such as mental, physical, and tactical preparation will be addressed.

We are not only attentive to the technical aspects of the players, we are also keen to remind them how fun, sportsmanship, team spirit, behavior and respect are fundamental values both in the game and in life. Good manners, listening to the coach and teammates, self-motivation, and respect for friends and family are also essential elements during our camps.
